Dr. Cameron J. Nemecek and Dr. Carol J. Winkler are a husband and wife team that have been caring for Bismarck/Mandan and its surrounding communities for 30 plus years. The focus and mission of their practice is to create treatment options for the families of the community that assist in obtaining individual health goals. Chiropractic is a wonderful, natural health care delivery system that uses the body’s own recuperative processes to heal itself. Utilizing chiropractic, ancillary procedures and providers tailored for each individual care plan creates a well rounded approach. Dr.s Nemecek and Winkler are ethical, conscientious practitioners that respect their patients’ time, health goals and ability to choose a provider. Their experience and commitment to their patients and their families provide an outstanding clinical experience. They love their jobs and it shows.
Dr. Cameron J. Nemecek
Dr. Nemecek was born and raised in southern Alberta, Canada on a wheat farm. He became interested in chiropractic through a local chiropractor and was referred to attend school in Iowa at Palmer College of Chiropractic. He graduated in 1987 and began his career in Denver, Colorado working for an established chiropractor. He moved to Bismarck in 1989 after purchasing an existing practice and has worked there since that time. Dr. Nemecek and Dr. Winkler have three children and have staggered their work schedule throughout their parenting career to be hands on parents. Dr. Nemecek loves people, being involved in small group bible studies, all kinds of culinary experiences, and hosting and entertaining groups of people. He loves spending time at the lake and traveling with his family.
Dr. Carol J. Winkler
Dr. Winkler was born and raised in Bismarck, N.D. Her father was a chiropractor in Bismarck, and her extended family contains numerous chiropractors today. She attended Concordia College and graduated with Dr. Nemecek in 1987 from Palmer College of Chiropractic. She came back to Bismarck to practice with her father for what was initially supposed to be a year. Thirty years later, she is still proud to call Bismarck her home. Dr. Winkler serves on the executive board of the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards and is a director for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. She is a meeting girl in her spare time. She loves to water ski, snow ski and generally be outside. She can be found at the lake, following the kids and following Jesus.
